Welcome! I am a sociologist researching and writing about work, migration, and slavery.

With over a decade of experience in academia and the development sector, I study why people do the work they do and how state and business interventions shape that work.

I actively contribute to advocacy and policymaking through research publications, media writing, and expert input on legal and institutional reforms. 

I am a Lecturer and Leverhulme Early Career Research Fellow at the King's College London.
